How Can We Help?

1. Customers can download the "Solomon Win" App through the "Download" page on our company's website or the following link:

2. After downloading the trading software, you can log in to your trading account by going to "My" and clicking on "Login/Register". Enter the mobile phone number that you registered during account opening, and click "Get Verification Code" to login to your trading account.

3. When you login for the first time, a "Set Login Password" screen will pop up. After setting the password, you can choose to log in to your trading account using either your account password or mobile verification code. If you do not want to set a password, you can click the "X" in the upper left corner to skip the password setting.

4.1 To switch to the "Trade" page in the main menu below, click on the "Securities Cash Account" area, and enter your trading password that is currently in use to login to your trading account.

4.2 If you forgot your trading password, click on "Forgot Password". Follow the prompts to enter your certification number to reset your trading password. You can click on the question mark icon (as shown in the red circle) to view the "Password Reset Guide".

5.1 When you successfully login to your Securities Account for the first time, you will be prompted to setup the biometric authentication for logging in to your securities account. If you choose to enable "Face Trading Login", please read and agree to the "Security Certification Service Terms" before proceeding.

5.2 You can enable or disable biometric authentication login at any time and link your Securities Account by going to "My" - "Setting" - " Face Trading Login " on the app.

Reset Password Guide:

Please refer to the following instructions to reset your Securities Account password.

1. For individual clients, please enter your personal identity number used during account opening.

- When entering your Hong Kong Identity Card No., please enter all letter(s) and digits of your HKID number with the bracket.
For example: Z123456(A) then you need to enter Z123456(A) (letters must be capitalized)

- When entering your Macau Identity Card No., please enter all digits of your Macau ID number with the bracket.
For example: 1234567(8) then you need to enter 1234567(8)

- When entering your Resident Identity Card No of the People's Republic of China, please enter all digits and letters (if any) of the 18-digit identification number.
For example: 60012320230701789X then you need to enter 60012320230701789X

- When entering your Passport no., please enter all letters and digits of the identification number (letters must be capitalized).

2. For corporate/institutional clients, please enter the Certificate document number used during account opening.

- When entering your Legal Entity Identifier (LEI) no., please enter all digits and letters (letters must be capitalized) of the 20-digit identification number.
(If you provided when account opening, LEI number is preferred)

- When entering your Certificate of Incorporation number, please enter all digits of the identification number.

- When entering your Business Registration number, please enter first 8 digits of the identification number. (for HK Incorporated Company)
